Jerry responded to my project immediately on Memorial Day. We had a clogged master shower drain that I tried clearing myself but was unsuccessful. He came out to my home... read more and after diagnosing the problem, brought in his tools to clear the clog. After 10-15 minutes, the clog was gone and the water was draining regularly. While working, Jerry told me possible causes of the clog and why I probably wasn't able to clear it myself. He was personable and professional throughout. I'm glad he answered the call and will definitely be contacting him for future plumbing issues. Thank you, Jerry!!!!
